The United Arab Emirates (UAE) consists of seven states, termed emirates, which are Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm al-Quwain, Ras al-Khaimah and Fujairah. Abu Dhabi is the capital of UAE also it is the second largest city. UAE is situated in the southeast of the Arabian Peninsula in Southwest Asia on the Persian Gulf, bordering Oman and Saudi Arabia.
Geographically UAE lies in the middle of the globe connecting Europe and the Asia. The UAE has the world's sixth largest oil reserves so is one of the richest country in the world.
When contrasted with other Arab states, such as Saudi Arabia for instance, the UAE has comparatively very liberal laws that allow women to drive vehicles and there is a strong emphasis in equality and human rights.
UAE is blessed with lengthy coastline, different landscapes and sandy beaches. One among the main tourist attraction in UAE is its traditional sports which include camel racing, horse racing, falconry, canoeing, car rally etc. Football is the national sport of UAE.

Best Time to Visit
The best time to visit the UAE is from October to May, when the weather is pleasantly warm in the day and cool in the evening. Temperature averages at 30-35 degrees centigrade in the month of October however during November, December, January and February the temperature averages at 24 degrees centigrade during the day and dips to 13-15 degrees centigrade at night.
